Manager of Sales (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you identify the needs and desires of potential customers, networks, and partners. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you proactively generate leads and expand your customer network. You represent outstanding customer service, solution-oriented action, and reliability at all times—through modern communication channels and in person. Based on this, you take joy in offering tailored high-tech solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identification of new customers and development of further customer relationships, both nationally and internationally
  • Proactive lead generation through initial contact with potential customers
  • Active customer communication and correspondence in both English and German (Italian and French of advantage)
  • Participation in sales meetings, industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and meetups
  • Preparation and delivery of sales presentations
  • Accompanying the entire sales process from lead generation and proposal creation to contract closure
  • Requesting, preparing, and delivering offers to potential customers, including negotiation of contractual agreements
  • Coordinating projects between the company and clients
  • Documentation of project information, sales activities, and customer interactions
  • Developing financial forecasts and sales plans
  • Maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Using a variety of sales channels to drive outreach
  • Developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies and sales campaigns
  • Building distribution partnerships and strengthening the company’s B2B brand
  • Defining KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and deriving optimization strategies
  • Conducting independent market and competitor analysis
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments
  • Managing communication between clients and technical teams throughout project execution
  • Maintaining your workflows and continuously optimizing processes
  • Updating and managing your activities in our Sales system

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have some experience in the 3D / Scanning industry
  • You’re a team player who takes ownership and responsibility for your results
  • You stay calm, solution-oriented, and focused—even in high-pressure situations
  • You offer strong conceptual thinking, empathy, enthusiasm, persuasive communication, consulting skills, and facilitation abilities
  • You are fluent and confident in both German and English (Italian and French optional)
  • You're willing to travel and have a professional presence
  • You are experienced with CRM tools
