Innovation Creator – Research & Development

What you can expect:

• You will be immersed in the creative research and development work of the botspot Innovation Lab
• You work closely with the Director Innovation Lab and the R&D team
• You identify, test and evaluate future market trends and customer requirements
• You develop concepts, processes and holistic technical solutions to increase innovation capabilities

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed or are about to complete your studies in the field of natural sciences or engineering (or comparable)
• You have a deep interest in photography, photogrammetry, photonics, metrology
• You love to push the boundaries of what is possible
• You are motivated by a thirst for research and action to drive botspot’s innovative power
• You want to develop technical solutions for tomorrow
• You love to bring science and practice together
• You always have an eye on economic feasibility
• You are quick on the uptake, think creatively and analytically, and keep an eye on the big picture
• You work proactively, structured, independently and conscientiously
• You are a team player and take independent responsibility for the results in your work area
• You like to communicate fluently in German and English
