The 3D OBJECT SCANNER is our answer to scanning the unscannable – with unmatched precision, ease, and speed.
Designed for industrial applications and high 3D model output, our scanner is fully automated, allowing even untrained personnel to operate it. With a total scanning time ranging from 1 minute 40 seconds (low resolution) to 5 minutes (high resolution, maximum detail), our scanner makes it possible to produce between 20,000 and 60,000 digital 3D assets per year.
The unique combination of a fully transparent glass turntable, cross-polarized lighting system, digital spray (pattern projection), and high-resolution cameras enables you to capture minute details of both an object’s entire geometry and texture without the need for flipping or repositioning.
The stunning results of the 3D reconstruction reduce the need for manual post-processing to an absolute minimum. Even objects with homogeneous surfaces are no problem, thanks to our digital spray technology. Want to scan shiny black leather shoes or a white ceramic bowl?
